For another year Nobu Food Festival takes place at the Matsuhisa Athens restaurant, located at the Astir Palace, on Sunday, July 16th, and Monday, July 17th. On both nights, internationally acclaimed chef and Nobu restaurant chain founder Nobu Matsuhisa will join diners and answer questions about his take on his native Japan’s culinary traditions. The chef and his team will be using local ingredients to create new dishes which will be incorporated in the restaurant’s menu during the summer season. Guests may experience a special Omakase menu paired with white and rose champagnes.
For those who wish to taste an exquisite rose wine, a magnum bottle of “Whispering Angel” will be offered on a special price of 100 euro.
